This came out of Jamuary 2023 as well but needed a lot of reworking. It was very video-gamey (not a bad thing necessarily, but it was here), and started off with a very cheesy, major key synth. The half measure arps that kick things off sort of saved the day, along with a little beat repeat on the bass that just about stops it being obnoxious.
I loved this track from the start but I had to do something to stop everyone else from hating it.
